PROJECT: 2nd Annual Service to America Summit

AUDIENCE: Broadcasting industry attendees

LOCATION: Ronald Reagan Building, Washington, DC

CHALLENGE: Ensure that celebrity presenters and award winners had a positive experience at the Summit.

ProAdvance advanced each dignitary, including President and Mrs. Carter, Marie Osmond, and Jane Clayson of the CBS Morning Show (pictured). Planned their schedule in Washington, and worked with their staff to plan travel and accommodations. Ensured the visit to Washington was a smooth one, preserving their interest in future participation with NABEF events.
